PMCPOA has a number of committees that have been formed to help with the management of various functions within the community, such as safety matters, social events, communications and more.

Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association Committee Meeting Schedule:

First Tuesday of Each Month
-Communications Committee, 6pm - Zoom

The Wednesday before the third Saturday of Each Month
-Budget and Finance Committee, 5pm - Condor Room/Zoom

First Friday of Each Month
-Greens and Grounds Committee, 9am (DARK Dec through March) - Golf Pro Shop
-Environmental Control Committee, 2pm - Condor Room

First Saturday of Each Month
-Governing Documents, 9am - Zoom
-Planning Committee, 1pm - Pavilion/Zoom

Third Saturday of Each Month
-Executive Session, 8:30am - Pavilion
-Board Meeting, 10am - Condor Room/Live Stream
-Executive Hearing Session immediately following the Board meeting - Pavilion

Fourth Saturday of Each Month
-Emergency Preparedness Committee, 9am - Condor Room
-C.E.R.T., 10:30am - C.E.R.T. facility, or in Pavilion during colder months
