Purpose: The EC Committee is tasked with protecting and preserving the environment as defined by the Environmental Control Code directives. It reviews and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the approval or disapproval of proposed new structures and/or additions and deletions to lots and other land use in PMC, among other duties.

There is an opening on the Environmental Control Committee. Must have an architectural and structural background and have construction knowledge. If Interested please pick up an application at the EC Office or the Business Office.

The EC Committee normally meets the first Friday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in the Condor Room.
