PMC Fitness Launches Fall Program

PMC’s fitness program gets a facelift each fall, and this year is no exception. Old favorites are continuing as follows: Tai Chi is Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., and Gentle Stretch/Yoga is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Newer classes are as follows: On Mondays, Cardio Dance is offered from 8 to 9 a.m. Tuesdays, Cardio Groove is gets things moving from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. On Wednesdays, Cardio Dance/Drum Fitness is offered from 8 to ­9 a.m., and on Thursdays, Cardio Groove is held again from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. On Fridays, Cardio Dance & Tone is offered from 8 to 9 a.m. On Saturdays, fitness moves outside with group activities as scheduled.
