Drumfitness/Bodyworks is offered Wednesdays at 8 a.m. in the Condor Room. This class blends Drum Fitness and Bodyworks, which are described below.
Drum Fitness–A full-body cardio workout that uses drumsticks while exercising. Drum fitness provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
Bodyworks–Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle. Weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises are used to change the shape of your body — no muscle gets neglected!
