Cardio Dance/Drumfit is offered Wednesdays at 8 a.m. in the Condor Room. This class blends Cardio Dance and Drum Fitness, which are described below.
Cardio Dance–Exercise has never been so fun! This easy-to-follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating music. The moves and combinations will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor.
Drum Fitness–A full-body cardio workout that uses drumsticks while exercising. Drum fitness provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
